This User Agreement defines the general terms, principles, and methods for providing electronic services through the DonCoupon.ru website (hereinafter referred to as the "Site," "DonCoupon," "Don Coupon") operated by Landcompany OÜ (Tallinn, Estonia) – hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider" or "Company." Please read this Agreement and our Privacy Policy carefully before using the Site.
By registering on the Site, you agree to the site rules, the Privacy Policy, and consent to the processing of your personal data.
This Agreement is a public offer (offer) of the Service Provider to any individual using the service (hereinafter referred to as the "User," "Client") to enter into an agreement under the terms of this Agreement, available at https://doncoupon.net/terms on the Internet. By registering on the Site, the User is considered to have joined the Agreement (accepted the offer).
1. General Provisions
1.1. DonCoupon is an online service that allows its Clients to save money by using coupons, promo codes, and other promotional offers available on the websites and offline outlets of Advertisers (businesses that post information about their goods/services for sale to Clients on the DonCoupon website).
To receive a discount or other benefit, the Client must follow the link from the DonCoupon website, mobile app, or browser extension to the selected Advertiser's website and apply the promo code/coupon from DonCoupon when making a purchase. General conditions specified on the https://doncoupon.net website, as well as the specific terms of the Advertiser for each promo code, must be met.
1.2. Communication with the Service Provider is carried out via the contact form located at https://doncoupon.net/account/support.
1.3. This User Agreement is provided by the Service Provider free of charge on the DonCoupon.ru website. Users can access it at any time, make electronic or physical copies, and store it on any media.
1.4. All rights to this Site, including intellectual property rights to its name, domain, logo, and content, belong to the Service Provider and may only be used as specified in this User Agreement.
1.5. Copying, modifying, or distributing any part of the Site or its elements without written consent from the Service Provider is prohibited, except as permitted by applicable law and this Agreement. The Service Provider may take legal action to protect its interests and those of its Users.
1.6. The Service Provider may place advertisements for third-party goods and services on the Site. Purchasing these goods or services is not subject to this Agreement, and their terms are governed by the corresponding third-party user agreements.
1.7. Principles for providing other services on the Site may be defined by additional agreements.
1.8. The Service Provider informs Users that using electronic services may pose risks such as malware installation or unauthorized access to their data. To mitigate these risks, Users should use appropriate security measures, including antivirus software and firewalls.
1.9. The Service Provider reserves the right to make functional changes to the service, modify the rules for applying specific coupons/promo codes, and unilaterally amend this Agreement (changes take effect when the new version is published on the official website). Continued use of the DonCoupon service implies agreement to the changes. Users who disagree must stop accessing the Site, mobile app, or browser extension and cease using its materials and services.
2. Terms and Definitions
2.1. Service Provider – Landcompany OÜ, located at Tornimäe tn 5, Tallinn, Harju maakond, 10145, Estonia, registration number 16535074.
2.2. Site – the online resource located on the domain DonCoupon, owned and administered by the Service Provider, where Users can access services offered by the Service Provider.
2.3. User (Client) – an individual using the DonCoupon services to save money on purchases in online and offline stores.
2.4. Promo Code – a combination of numbers, letters, or other symbols granting the right to participate in promotions or events organized by third parties under their terms. Usually associated with online stores.
2.5. Coupon – similar to a promo code but often used in offline stores, restaurants, etc.
2.6. DonCoupon Browser Extension – software developed by the Service Provider, integrated into the User’s browser to remind them of available discounts.
2.7. DonCoupon Mobile App – software developed by the Service Provider, installed on the User’s smartphone, offering a mobile-adapted version of the DonCoupon website.
2.8. User Account – a section of the Site available to Users for managing discounts, saved coupons, and other benefits.
2.9. Partner Stores – businesses featured on the DonCoupon website. The Site may receive commission fees for purchases made by referred Users.
2.10. User Agreement – this document.
3. User Registration
3.1. To become a Client of the DonCoupon service and use all our services, the User must register on the DonCoupon website. Registration is required to create a User Account, where the history of transitions to Advertisers' websites will be displayed, along with features like saving coupons and promo codes, adding stores to "Favorites," and more. However, coupons and promo codes can also be used without registration.
3.2. Only Users aged 16 and older can register.
3.3. By registering, the User agrees to the terms of this Agreement and the Privacy Policy and consents to the processing of personal data.
3.4. After completing the registration process, a personal User Account is automatically created for the User, and they become a Client of the service.
3.5. During registration on the Site, the User provides a personal email address, which serves as their login, and a personal password for accessing the service. This information is strictly confidential, encrypted, and not shared with third parties. DonCoupon strongly recommends not sharing your login/password with others, not saving them on public computers or mobile devices—otherwise, DonCoupon is not responsible for any damages caused to the Client.
3.6. The Site may also offer the User to complete an extended profile with personal information. The data in this profile is also subject to the Privacy Policy.
3.7. All personal data is managed under the DonCoupon service and may be used by service employees for contacting the User. The User's image (photo) may be published on the site as an avatar.
3.8. A Site User may have only one User Account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are discovered, the Site reserves the right to block and subsequently delete them.
3.9. If the User violates the terms of this Agreement, the rights of third parties, or creates a threat to the operation of the service, DonCoupon has the right to block the Client's account and potentially delete it.
4. User Rights and Obligations
4.1. The User undertakes to provide valid information during registration; clients who provide invalid contact information may lose the right to use the service. Service employees have the right to request that the client confirm their personal data to verify its validity.
4.2. If the User changes their email address or other information provided during registration, they must update it in their User Account on DonCoupon. Otherwise, issues may arise while using the service, for which DonCoupon is not responsible.
4.3. The User agrees to maintain the confidentiality of their login and password for accessing DonCoupon, ensuring no third parties use their account.
4.4. When placing orders at partner stores via DonCoupon, the User agrees to provide only truthful payment and delivery information in accordance with the laws of the country where the store operates. In the event of disputes related to cancellations or other issues, DonCoupon may request the User to fill out personal information in their Profile to resolve misunderstandings.
4.5. The User agrees to avoid offensive or inappropriate language when communicating with Site staff.
4.6. The User agrees not to use devices or software that disrupt the functionality of the Site or otherwise interfere with its operation. Illegal mass mailings (SPAM), including for attracting users to DonCoupon, or actions that violate applicable laws or international norms, including those related to intellectual property, are strictly prohibited.
4.7. The User agrees not to post illegal, immoral, or overtly promotional content in reviews/comments on the Site. Review content must comply with applicable laws and not infringe on anyone’s rights or dignity.
4.8. The User has the right to request the deletion of their account at any time or delete it independently through their DonCoupon User Account.
4.9. The User may choose not to agree with the Site's terms of use. In such cases, they will be denied access to DonCoupon services.
5. Rights and Obligations of DonCoupon
5.1. The Service Provider agrees to provide the User with access to the DonCoupon platform immediately after registration.
5.2. The Service Provider agrees to provide the necessary functionality for obtaining coupons/promo codes and using additional services on the Site.
5.3. Ensure the User has continuous access to the online platform, mobile app, and browser extension for DonCoupon with their selected login and password. If urgent maintenance is required, the Service Provider will notify the User in advance unless interruptions are caused by force majeure.
5.4. The Service Provider has the right to modify the interface and functionality of the DonCoupon platform, mobile app, and browser extension without prior notice if these changes enhance the User experience.
5.5. The Service Provider reserves the right to unilaterally amend this User Agreement without prior notice. Updated terms come into effect once published on the company's official website.
6. Provided Services
The services provided by DonCoupon include:
- Promo codes for online stores that allow discounts on goods or services offered by third parties
- Coupons and promotions for offline stores to lower the prices of goods or services
- Submitting reviews about stores (Users confirm they hold rights to publish such content, including intellectual property rights)
- Email notifications about current promotions, discounts, and sales by Advertisers
- A browser extension (plugin)
- A mobile application
- Free package tracking
- Other related services in e-commerce, marketing, and advertising.
7. Promotions
7.1. The Site provides its Users the opportunity to participate in any DonCoupon contests, giveaways, and other promotions. A list of current active promotions is published at https://doncoupon.net/promo. The Site reserves the right to unilaterally modify or discontinue promotions at any time.
8. Warranty and Liability Limitations
8.1. DonCoupon is not responsible for actions performed by the User resulting from misunderstanding or incorrect understanding of this User Agreement.
8.2. DonCoupon does not sell any goods or services. It serves as an advertising platform that provides Advertisers the opportunity to post information about their goods/services.
8.3. DonCoupon is not responsible for the quality of goods sold or services provided by Advertisers. All claims regarding the quality of third-party goods/services should be directed to the entity selling the relevant product/service. The company is only responsible for creating the User's account on the DonCoupon Site and providing coupons/promo codes if available and directly provided by the Advertiser or through third parties.
8.4. DonCoupon is not responsible for the content of advertising and promotional materials provided by third parties. Promotions (coupons, promo codes, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the respective stores.
8.5. DonCoupon is not responsible for changes or termination of any Advertiser's operation featured on the Site, nor for changes or expiration of special offers, promo codes, and coupons on the Advertiser’s website.
8.6. DonCoupon is not liable for the quality of public communication networks through which access to the DonCoupon or Advertisers' services is provided.
8.7. DonCoupon reserves the right to delete a User’s account if no purchases have been made through the account within one (1) year from the last recorded purchase. The User will be notified of potential account deletion via email and in their User Account.
9. Privacy
9.1. By accepting the terms of this Agreement (accepting the offer), the User consents to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy of DonCoupon.
10. Advertising Campaigns and Marketing
10.1. By accepting the terms of this Agreement (accepting the offer), the User grants DonCoupon the right to use and publish their data (personal, statistical, etc.) for advertising and marketing purposes.
10.2. The use of such data in DonCoupon advertising and marketing campaigns is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
11. Email Communication Policy
11.1. DonCoupon sends the following types of emails:
- Notifications about updates to the service
- Emails about Advertisers’ promotions and offers
- Other service-related and informational emails.
11.2. By accepting the terms of this Agreement, the User consents to receiving these emails. Each email will provide an option to unsubscribe.
11.3. The User is responsible for maintaining up-to-date contact information in their DonCoupon User Account. Changes can be made in the “Profile Settings” section of the User Account.
12. Intellectual Property
12.1. By registering on DonCoupon or using any other components of the service, the User acknowledges that DonCoupon owns all content on the DonCoupon website. Trademarks, trade names of Advertisers, and other materials published on the site are protected by intellectual property laws.
12.2. No one may copy, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works of DonCoupon or its materials without proper authorization.
12.3. By using DonCoupon services or materials, the User agrees to comply with all guidelines issued by DonCoupon regarding intellectual property rights and trademarks on the site.
13. Assignment of Rights and Obligations
13.1. DonCoupon reserves the right to transfer its rights and obligations under this Agreement to any individual or entity.
13.2. The User may not violate the terms of this Agreement or unilaterally transfer their rights and obligations to third parties without prior written consent from DonCoupon.
14. Service Disruptions
14.1. DonCoupon acknowledges the possibility of service disruptions caused by technical issues or malicious third-party actions. In such cases, DonCoupon is not liable for any non-performance or improper performance of its obligations. The company reserves the right to suspend the service until the issues or threats are fully resolved.
14.2. DonCoupon undertakes to fix and resolve any disruptions in the service as quickly as possible.
15. Violation of the User Agreement
15.1. DonCoupon reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to its services for any User who violates the terms of this Agreement.
15.2. Any attempts at fraud or deception by the User will result in the deletion of their User Account.
16. Legal Validity and Duration of the Agreement
16.1. This Agreement is deemed concluded upon the User's registration (acceptance of the offer) and remains in effect until the User Account is deleted.
16.2. This Agreement and interactions between DonCoupon and its Users are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Users must also comply with the laws of the Russian Federation.
17. Final Provisions
17.1. The User Agreement is available in Russian and other languages on https://doncoupon.net.
17.2. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved under the laws of the Russian Federation.
17.3. Nothing in this Agreement establishes agency, partnership, joint venture, employment, or any other relationships between the User and the Site Administration, except as expressly provided herein.
17.4. If any provision of the Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court, it does not affect the validity of other provisions.
17.5. The Site Administration’s inaction in the event of a User's violation of the Agreement does not waive its right to take appropriate action later to protect its rights and materials under the law.
