1. General Provisions
1.1. By providing their personal data, the User consents to Landcompany OÜ, located at Tornimäe tn 5, Tallinn, Harju maakond, 10145, Estonia (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"), to process, store, and use their personal data in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006.
1.2. The current version of the Rules, as a public document, is available to any Internet user via the link https://doncoupon.net/privacy-policy.
1.3. The Site reserves the right to unilaterally amend these Rules, provided that such changes do not contradict the applicable laws of the Russian Federation.

2.2. The Site Administration does not verify the accuracy of the information received (collected) about users, except in cases where such verification is necessary to fulfill the Site Administration's obligations to the User.
3. Purposes of Data Processing
3.1. The Site Administration processes User information, including personal data, for the following purposes:

- Providing customer support;
- Enabling the User to receive information about marketing events;
- Fulfilling the Site's obligations to the User;

4. User Information Composition

5. Processing of User Information
5.1. The processing of User personal data is based on principles of:

5.4. The Site undertakes not to share received personal data with third parties except:

5.5. User personal data is destroyed when:

6. User Rights and Obligations

7. Measures to Protect User Information
7.1. The Site Administration takes technical and organizational-legal measures to ensure the protection of User personal data from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, dissemination, and other unlawful actions.
7.2. User authorization to access the Site uses a login (email address) and password. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of this information. Users must not share their login and password with third parties and must take measures to ensure their security and confidentiality.
8. Limitation of Rules
8.1. These Rules do not apply to actions and internet resources of third parties.
8.2. The Site Administration is not responsible for actions of third parties who, as a result of using the Internet or the Site’s services, gain access to User information.
